Requirements

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with strong leadership skills.
The candidate needs to be able to interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes.
They will perform a role of Oracle HCM Cloud functional lead and advisor.
The candidate should have the ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals.
Candidate should have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.
Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Candidate should be techno-functional or functional resource and functional background must be HCM domain.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Nice To Haves

Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management – driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.
Working knowledge on Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI.
Demonstrate understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and support existing functionality and integrations with other systems and effectively.
Consultative approach for upgrades and best practice recommendations.
Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents, and service requests resolution as well as problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
