The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive technology training programs that enhance staff proficiency, support consistent technology adoption, and improve operational performance across the PACE organization. This role partners with Technology, Clinical, Operations, Quality, and Compliance teams to assess learning needs, design standardized curricula, and provide effective onboarding and ongoing education for all technology platforms, including EHR systems and participant‑facing tools. Serving as the organization’s expert in instructional design and adult learning principles, the Technical Trainer ensures staff are equipped to use technology safely, efficiently, and in alignment with PACE workflows, regulatory requirements, and care‑planning objectives. This is a part-time, 32 hours/week, temporary position; initial assignment is expected to last 3 months (may be extended based on business needs).
