About The Position
Corewell Health Gastroenterology offers an excellent full-time opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider. As an important member of the Gastroenterology multidisciplinary team, you would be diagnosing and treating medically complex patients. The ideal candidate would be passionate about this patient population Largest Gastroenterology practice in West Michigan Experience both inpatient and outpatient Digestive Health care Learn from established APPs and physicians who will work alongside you 4 -10 hour shifts Hybrid role of clinic and hospital Rotating weekends approximately 1:6 1 rotating holiday
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner: Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
- Physician Assistant: Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
