About The Position

University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a full-time, board eligible/board certified, Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner) to support our Inpatient Oncology patients. High caliber, quality focused, innovative providers should apply to join our employed sub-specialized team to expand and provide care to local communities. Candidate will also need to coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff.

Requirements

• board eligible/board certified
• Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner)

Nice To Haves

• Hematology and/or Oncology experience
• experience working with culturally diverse patients
• fluent in any of the following languages: English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Nepali and Bosnian

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive evaluation and examination
• Orders, conducts, and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests
