About The Position
We are looking for P&O Solutions Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business requirements, relaying the solution via case management, demonstrating the configurations through collaboration with our technical team and audiences, converting data, assisting in testing and trouble shooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years overall HR Systems, HRIS, HCM experience
- Robust problem-solving skills; knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Solutions Managers and business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful configuration, testing and deployment with required documentation
- Reviewing ServiceNow releases for related features and functionalities to build knowledge and skills to support configuration efforts in conjunction with technical resources
- Developing test cases and data mining/staging, automates testing processes by developing unit test scripts, as needed
- Providing production support for escalated issues and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner
