Requirements

• Communication Skills - Communicates clearly and accurately using written, verbal and electronic methods.
• Education/Experience: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary course of study; preferably in the field of Risk Management, Insurance or Business Administration.
• Physical Requirements Necessary for the Position: Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone on a constant basis 4-5 hours per day.
• Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication on a constant basis 7-8 hours per day.
• Vision sufficient for constant use of a computer monitor, reading files and driving a motor vehicle.
• Ability to sit at a desk on a constant basis for 7-8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assumes administrative roles involving duties and responsibilities of assigned department.
• Gains experience in their assigned department through project completion and job shadowing.
• Explores other areas of interest to include learning more about the facets of the company, both within and outside of the assigned department.
• Additional duties as assigned.
