Requirements

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary course of study; preferably in the field of Risk Management, Insurance or Business Administration.
Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone on a constant basis 4-5 hours per day.
Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication on a constant basis 7-8 hours per day.
Vision sufficient for constant use of a computer monitor, reading files and driving a motor vehicle.
Ability to sit at a desk on a constant basis for 7-8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

Assumes administrative roles involving duties and responsibilities of assigned department.
Gains experience in their assigned department through project completion and job shadowing.
Explores other areas of interest to include learning more about the facets of the company, both within and outside of the assigned department.
Additional duties as assigned.
