About The Position
Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage. Candidate will be familiar with all coverage lines with both admitted and non-admitted carriers.
Requirements
- Experience working with multiple lines coverage
- Prior experience in a client facing role, building and maintaining relationships
- Experience in brokerage setting
- Carry an active P&C license
Responsibilities
- Manage a large, established book of business
- Handle new and renewal business, including coverage review and endorsements
- Review insurance contracts for accuracy
- Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews
- Work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue
- Responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to them
- Apply problem solving techniques to various issues including cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issues
