Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a team. This role is primarily focused on managing personal lines accounts with a smaller emphasis on commercial and farm lines. Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
5-7+ years of relevant experience in account management within an independent agency
Strong background in personal lines, with some exposure to commercial and farm lines
Familiarity with independent agency CRM systems
Proven ability to cross-sell and write new business
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and grow client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a small office environment

Responsibilities

Manage accounts from A-Z, including quoting, renewals, and account rounding
Handle standard personal lines accounts and commercial accounts up to $10,000
Provide exceptional customer service in a highly customer-facing role
Take advantage of call-in, walk-in, and cross-sell opportunities to write new business
Collaborate with a small, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
Utilize insurance software for account management (training provided; independent agency CRM experience required)
