About The Position

About the Role: The BL Machine Operator role at the Carrollton location is responsible for placing acceptable product in the correct shipping cartons. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Keep adequate supply of cartons by the caser to fold and place on machine. Place product in correct cartons. Make sure mixed cases are properly sorted. Keep glue pots full. Make label change over and notify case stacker of change over. Maintain production line schedules and procedures. Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA and all other regulatory agencies. Work overtime as required. Employee must perform any other duties required or assigned as needed. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd shift, which operates from 10:00pm to 6:30am with some Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and understand mixing formulas and procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations to count product and fill orders
