About The Position

Perform test engineering duties in developing writing, reviewing, and maintaining aircraft test plans and test reports. This may include developing testing towards specific aircraft/system performance requirements utilizing instrumentation and data collection schemes. Orchestrating the collection of test data, data transformation, data analysis, and reporting of results through briefings and reports. conduct briefings and discussions towards testing preparation, post flight data/information collection. Recommend improvements in testing equipment and techniques.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical field
• At least three (3) years of experience performing similar tasks within field
• Three years of NAVAIR/NAWCAD experience
• A Master's degree in a related field may be substituted for two years of work experience

Nice To Haves

• Three years of experience assisting more senior positions performing functional duties of a similar position
• A journeyman employee level person typically performs all functional duties independently
