About The Position

Common Man Roadside is hiring oyster shuckers for their Tru Hotel location in Manchester’s historic Millyard. This is a part-time, seasonal position with a proposed schedule of Thursdays, 12pm-10pm, running from May to September. The role involves properly shucking oysters and other shellfish while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation. The company offers flexible hours and schedules, full-time or part-time options, and provides training as no experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Strong knife skills
• Attention to detail, safety, sanitation and cleanliness
• Ability to work quickly in a high volume environment
