About The Position

Floor Coverings International is the #1 rated retail flooring company in Albuquerque (5.0 stars on Google). We started this franchise almost 3 years ago and we have put in the work to earn our reputation, so we are really starting to kick a. We are looking for someone to work closely with our owner to learn our existing office systems & marketing programs, and then to take those areas of the business to the next level.

Nice To Haves

• Flooring industry experience (or at least home services experience)
• Office Manager experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Bookkeeping experience / familiarity with QuickBooks
• Home design interest/experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Customer service & scheduling
• Running/improving office systems
• Marketing programs (all the way from lead gen to branding)
• Coordinating with our teams of flooring installers and our sales and production teammates
• Vendor management
• Bookkeeping
• Collecting Receivables / Paying Payables
• Sales support (product research, etc.)
• Other administrative and support duties as needed
