We are looking for someone to work closely with our owner to learn our existing office systems & marketing programs, and then to take those areas of the business to the next level. Your starting duties Customer service & scheduling Running/improving office systems Marketing programs (all the way from lead gen to branding) Coordinating with our teams of flooring installers and our sales and production teammates Vendor management Bookkeeping Collecting Receivables / Paying Payables Sales support (product research, etc.) Other administrative and support duties as needed Floor Coverings International is the #1 mobile flooring franchise in North America. Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Flooring industry experience (or at least home services experience)
  • Office Manager experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Bookkeeping experience / familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Home design interest/experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
