Pay & Earnings – Fully Transparent 75% of linehaul (solo & team) + 100% fuel surcharge pass-through. Average weekly take-home: $3,000–$4,000 after typical expenses (based on 2,500–3,000 miles; many exceed this with good load choices). Paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit. Bonuses: $1,000 sign-on + $1,000 anniversary; safety bonus; multi-stop pay. Realistic gross example: Current spot rates (~$2.25–$2.65/mi for our mixed/specialized freight) yield linehaul gross of $6,500–$8,000+/week before your 75% split + FSC.
