Why Drivers Choose Us: True non-forced dispatch — accept only the loads you want. Home every weekend (or stay out as long as you like). Consistent freight: 3–5 shipments/week, averaging 2,500–3,000 miles (top performers hit this reliably). Primary lanes: Midwest, Southeast, Texas, PNW, East Coast (NYC optional only). Freight mix: General commodities, steel/coils, live plants/nursery products/trees, paper, industrial (multi-stop pay available). 24/7 dispatch support from real people. Pay & Earnings – Fully Transparent 75% of linehaul (solo & team) + 100% fuel surcharge pass-through. Average weekly take-home: $3,000–$4,000 after typical expenses (based on 2,500–3,000 miles; many exceed this with good load choices). Paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit. Bonuses: $1,000 sign-on + $1,000 anniversary; safety bonus; multi-stop pay. Realistic gross example: Current spot rates (~$2.25–$2.65/mi for our mixed/specialized freight) yield linehaul gross of $6,500–$8,000+/week before your 75% split + FSC. Requirements

  • Owner Operator with your own truck (2000 model year or newer).
  • Minimum age 25.
  • 2+ years verifiable CDL-A experience.
  • Clean driving record (no major violations).
  • No DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
  • No more than 2 DOT accidents in the last 3 years.
  • Stable work history (any gaps must be explained).
  • Valid CDL-A & current DOT medical card (with 90+ days remaining).
  • Must pass urine drug test.
