About The Position
Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, aims to be the world’s leading manufacturer of trading card games and collectibles. Based in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park and Piedmont Triad regions, MPG has grown significantly since its founding in 2014, known for exceptional quality, customer focus, and market agility. The company specializes in trading and collectible cards and has nearly tripled in size since 2019. This role is for an Overwrap Line Lead to support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot production equipment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer and system proficiency

- Prior lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support overwrap production team members on a daily basis
- Provide training, coaching, and onboarding support
- Monitor production activities and communicate operational status
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure adherence to job specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with quality and training teams to improve performance
- Enforce safety, security, and company policies
