We’re looking for an Overwrap Line Lead to support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot production equipment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer and system proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • prior lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support overwrap production team members on a daily basis
  • Provide training, coaching, and onboarding support
  • Monitor production activities and communicate operational status
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to job specifications and quality standards
  • Collaborate with quality and training teams to improve performance
  • Enforce safety, security, and company policies
