We’re looking for an Overwrap Line Lead to support production operations and lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
4+ years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot production equipment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Basic computer and system proficiency

Responsibilities

Lead and support overwrap production team members on a daily basis
Provide training, coaching, and onboarding support
Monitor production activities and communicate operational status
Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when necessary
Ensure adherence to job specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with quality and training teams to improve performance
Enforce safety, security, and company policies
