The Overnight Stock Clerk is responsible for stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club. This role ensures all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also expected to deliver service excellence to members, resolve concerns, and ensure a safe experience. The role involves adhering to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards, working as a team to deliver daily club standards, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is visible and accurate, and the club is clean and organized. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and business impact is also part of the role.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensures that all merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
