Join us and be part of something meaningful. The Overnight Stock Clerk is responsible for stocking, rotating, and storing general merchandise and/or food in the club. This role ensures all merchandise is clearly labeled and fully stocked, and maintains a neat and clean environment by removing trash and debris. Team members are expected to carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, prioritize member experience, ensure a safe environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. The role also involves delivering service excellence to members, resolving concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive experience. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards is required. Team members work to deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans are executed, signage is visible and accurate, and the club is clean and organized. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and business impact is also part of the role.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensures that all merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products.
• Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items.
• Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the club.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
