About The Position

Job Summary: The Overnight Resident Supervisor provides supervision and support to residents during overnight shifts when House Leaders are not available. This role ensures the safety and well-being of residents, maintaining a structured and supportive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in a related field preferred.
• Experience working in a residential or similar environment.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures.
• Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques and practices.
• Strong observational and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining logs and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of House Leaders.
• Basic knowledge of laundry and housekeeping practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to following procedures and protocols.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stay awake and alert during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all bed checks are performed per policy and procedures.
• Document all behavioral issues or problems that occur during the shift.
• Monitor residents as they take their prescribed medications and ensure the Medication Log is completed.
• Provide conflict resolution to assist residents in resolving disputes or conflicts.
• Perform Urinalysis Drug Tests when required, following proper protocols.
• Conduct daily house laundry if necessary.
• Ensure house snacks are stocked and readily available for residents.
