Requirements
- Education: High school diploma/GED and basic math and computer skills for cash handling, reporting, and point-of-sale operation are required.
- Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail, food service, or convenience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable.
- Certifications: RAMP Certification (Server/Seller Trained) required or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

- Keep Things Stocked: Maintain inventory levels by ensuring merchandise is rotated, replenished, and ready for customers.
- Stay Organized: Manage store cleanliness, safety, security, and organization to keep the store running smoothly and looking great.
