Requirements

HS diploma or GED
Stand and walk for long periods
Ascend/descend stairs
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Valid Driver's License or ability to obtain prior to hire
Please note, a driver's permit is not acceptable

Responsibilities

Serves as a point of contact for all venues and posts, indoors and outside, within the Ringling's 66-acre campus
Models and ensures compliance of the Ringling Security Operating Guidelines
Ensures the safety of all persons and property with a focus on customer service
Performs routine inspections and utilizes a golf cart, multi-line telephone, and two-way radio
Directs performance of security personnel in the absence of the Safety & Security Coordinator and Security Supervisors
Provides oversight and operation of the Ringling Museum Security Operations Center
Assists in execution of emergency plans concerning evacuation of venues in the event of fire, disasters, or other emergency situations
Assists individuals involved in accidents or injured on campus
Prepares written reports of accidents, incidents, and general conditions
