This role involves completing claim entries into a database with damage and location information provided by first responders or field technicians. Communication methods include phone, email, and SMS, often involving routing personnel to specific territories, addressing weather conditions, and advising on hazards requiring safety precautions. The representative monitors field personnel in transit, ensuring effective, professional, clear, and courteous communication. They are also expected to follow escalation processes for dispatch issues to the Field Manager and meet production expectations, handle time, and other key performance indicators set by the employer and client.
