FINFROCK may be the place for you! We are seeking a new team member in the Product Handling Department who is available to permanently work overnight shift. This is not a rotating shift and requires consistent overnight availability. The Overnight Groundsman role at FINFROCK is an opportunity to be a part of something different. Requirements

• Can read and pass a tape measure test.
• You are a good communicator and can follow directions well.
• Can safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during shift and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, reliable transportation, and willingness to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience is required, however, previous work in construction, manufacturing, or similar fields is a plus.
• Have a basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Torch and crane knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Memorize the location of the yards/lanes/stations and fields in the manufacturing facility.
• Communicate with co-workers and crane operators using hand signals that you will learn during on-the-job training.
• Place dunnage and shims in the correct locations in the manufacturing facility.
• Must perform harness and rigging inspections and notify the supervisor on shift if they need to be removed from service.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding work progress and any issues.
• Understand that all injuries, even if minor, shall be reported to management/supervisor on shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• You must adhere to FINFROCK safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• This is a full-time position that may vary outside the normal work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on the area you work in, the shift may require working in the early morning or at night and sometimes overtime, or weekend shifts to meet production needs.
