M&M'S New York - Full-Time Overnight Operations Associate
About The Position
Our Overnight Operations Associates ensures both front of house and back of house areas are well prepared and stocked (neat clean, organized, operational and safe), allowing guests to shop with ease. This role is responsible for executing the established policies and procedures relating to inventory, replenishment, quality, and all food safety requirements. Associates will be cross-trained in back-of-house and candy operations work centers. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M’S brand is founded on our unique characters
Requirements
- Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years old to apply
- Must have at least 6 months of previous merchandising or stocking experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
- Ability to comply with GPP Standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
