About The Position
Legal Intake Professionals (LIP) is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We are currently seeking motivated Overnight Part-Time Legal Intake Representatives to join our Nashville team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the firm's relationship with individuals seeking assistance with personal injury matters. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, following established scripts and procedures. This is an in-office, part-time position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and spelling
- Professional and empathetic phone presence
- Strong active-listening skills and the ability to ask appropriate clarifying questions
- Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment and accurate typing skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Conduct thorough intake interviews, meticulously documenting information on intake forms
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while guiding conversations with clients
- Ste the tone and pace of each call while showing patience and empathy
- Ensure accurate and complete information is collected to assess the viability of claims
