At Legal Intake Professionals, our Intake Representatives are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and most importantly, empathy! This is an in-office position. Our Intake Representatives are often times the first contact our callers have when reaching out for assistance. Our goal is to have each representative model our Core Values, respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries and to build relationships with internal key contacts and external callers/clients. Legal Intake Professionals has representative positions awaiting personable and well-spoken professionals. In this role you provide superior customer service and a positive experience and well-spoken professionals. In this role, you provide superior customer service and a positive experience to our callers and clients, while managing a high call volume. You will use expert listening and data entry skills to get to the heart of a person's reason for calling and accurately document all interactions. As our company serves a diverse clientele, ability to speak a second language (particularly Spanish) is a plus. Previous experience in the customer service industry is also preferred, but NOT required – we will train a qualified candidate on our systems and procedures as necessary.
