About The Position

At Legal Intake Professionals, our Intake Representatives are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and most importantly, empathy! This is an in-office position. Our Intake Representatives are often times the first contact our callers have when reaching out for assistance. Our goal is to have each representative model our Core Values, respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries and to build relationships with internal key contacts and external callers/clients. Legal Intake Professionals has representative positions awaiting personable and well-spoken professionals. In this role you provide superior customer service and a positive experience and well-spoken professionals. You will use expert listening and data entry skills to get to the heart of a person's reason for calling and accurately document all interactions. As our company serves a diverse clientele, ability to speak a second language (particularly Spanish) is a plus. Previous experience in the customer service industry is also preferred, but NOT required – we will train a qualified candidate on our systems and procedures as necessary. Requirements

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar and diction.
  • Use professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.
  • Demonstrated active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.
  • Demonstrated accurate and fast typing skills.
  • Use PC/computer skills in the Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
  • Be punctual with great attendance

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming client calls, following detailed scripts and filling out intakes while talking to clients, as received electronically and by live transfer.
  • Sets the tone and pace of all calls, while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience when speaking with potential clients.
  • Demonstrates ability to converse with varying client personalities to collect pertinent details to determine the viability of their claims.
