Through our partnership with Charity: Water, we’re also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. 3rd Shift Guest Service Ambassador Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Part-Time 3rd Shift Guest Service Ambassador. In this role, you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime. Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest’s experience truly exceptional. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Requirements

  • Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests.
  • No experience necessary. We will train the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
  • Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
