About The Position

Become part of the crew that keeps Enchanted Parks looking fresh, clean, and ready for adventure every single day! As a Washdown Team Member, you'll help transform the park each morning or night so our guests step into a world that feels brand‑new. You must be at least 17 years old, and we're looking for team members who can take on early morning or late‑night shifts.

Requirements

Minimum Age: 17
Reliable transportation to and from the park
Available for overnight or early‑morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Able to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely
Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing physical tasks
Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
Professional, self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and great at multitasking
Strong teamwork skills-you work well with others and help lift the team

Nice To Haves

Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

Clear trash and large debris from streets, midways, backstage areas, and parking lots using leaf blowers, sweepers, and other equipment.
Hose down and wash park walkways and midways to keep everything sparkling.
Empty and replace trash liners throughout the park.
Operate sweeper trucks, tractors, and compactors to collect and dispose of refuse.
Assist with transporting, cleaning, and emptying park dumpsters as needed.
Take on heavy‑duty cleaning tasks and special projects assigned by Park Services Leadership.
Perform routine inspections and complete simple maintenance documentation.
Keep your work areas clean, safe, organized, and ready for action.
Follow all safety and operational procedures-we take safety seriously!
Carry out other duties assigned by the Washdown Supervisor or Park Services Leadership.
