About The Position
This role will provide temporary overnight supervisory support during an existing leave of absence. We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional who is ready to move beyond traditional front desk responsibilities and take full ownership of the guest experience from pre-arrival through check-out. Requirements
- Minimum of two years' front office/guest relations experience, with some supervisory training/experience preferred.
- Will be required to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete guest journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Serve as Night Manager two nights per week, assuming full operational responsibility for the hotel during assigned shifts
- Provide coverage for the Night Auditor two nights per week, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth overnight operations
- Support hotel operations in a fifth workday capacity, assisting in any area needed to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency
- Ensure staff is properly trained including service expectations, hotel facilities and services, local directions, property management and reservations systems, safety and emergency procedures, etc.
- Assist with auditing procedures.
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective or disciplinary action.
- Alert management of potentially serious issues.
- Up-Sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to posting all charges, completing cashier or other reports, preparing deposit, and counting/security assigned bank.
