About The Position
The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants and hotel is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Night Porter to help our team make every experience memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our public areas as well as out heart-of-the-house.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering great service
- Previous experience as a Night Porter
- Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines
- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sterilizing floors, restrooms, elevators, countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor space.
- Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
- Receiving and organizing various departments deliveries
- Removing waste.
