About The Position

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift. Your primary responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests during their stay.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

  • Monitor security and safety protocols during overnight shifts.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.
