Requirements
- As a Concierge, you are self-motivated and act with integrity.
- Your organizational, communication, and customer service skills are very strong.
- Healthcare, Hospitality, Reception, Office Assistant, Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, Guest Services, Security
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
- Answer any questions that residents and guests may have.
- Perform regular safety checks of the community.
- Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
- The Overnight Concierge will also assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.
