About The Position
Flawless Family Home Care is seeking dependable caregivers to support a long-term client needing overnight care in Coal City. Shift Details: • 8–12-hour overnight shifts • Multiple nights available • Overtime opportunities • Immediate openings
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Ability to work independently
- Experience preferred but not required (if you have a heart, we can train you)
Responsibilities
- Overnight safety monitoring
- Assist with mobility and bathroom needs
- Monitor for fall risk
- Provide reassurance and companionship
- Document overnight activities
- Must remain awake and alert all night
