About The Position
Flawless Family Home Care is hiring dependable, alert overnight caregivers for a long-term client in Coal City. This is a true overnight role requiring continuous awareness, responsibility, and professionalism throughout the shift. Requirements
- Must remain awake and alert for the entire shift
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Ability to work independently
- Experience preferred but not required — we train the right people
- No sleeping on shift. Ever.
Responsibilities
- Overnight safety monitoring
- Assist with mobility and bathroom needs as needed
- Monitor for fall risk
- Provide reassurance and calm presence
- Accurate documentation of overnight activities
