As an Overnight Bell Attendant, you are an integral part to the entire guest arrival and first contact our guests and patrons have with The Sanctuary. Be professional and friendly at all times, possess an extensive / intimate knowledge of the hotel operational policies and procedures, as guests will require a vast array of resort services and information. Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay for this position will be determined during the hiring process. Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent vocational training certificate, required. College degree – ideally in Hospitality or Travel and Tourism – is preferred. Past hotel / resort experience preferred, preferably in a luxury setting. Previous Guest Services / Bell Person experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to handle confidential information. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and varied work schedules (including weekends and Holidays) as it pertains to the various needs and movements of the guests of the hotel. Must be able to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
