Key Program is seeking full-time Overnight Awake Shift Workers in Springfield, MA, for their residential programs, serving up to nine adolescent girls or boys referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Shift Worker is responsible for the welfare of the children/youth in Key’s residential programs during the overnight hours (11pm – 7:30am). They monitor clients, perform bed checks, and implement safety and security procedures.
