About The Position
JDEE Transport Services is an Employment Agency for Class A Drivers . We are currently seeking Solo Drivers for OTR positions. Solo drivers will run Midwest – East (No NY City and Long Island) – South East – North – North West. Solo drivers must be able to stay out 3 weeks with 4 days home. Average weekly pay: $2,000.00 ($0.60 per mile empty and loaded) Paid weekly – Direct deposit Average weekly miles : 3800 Average Length of Haul: 650 miles per day No Touch Freight Tanker endorsements preferred not required Drivers attend a short 2-hour orientation any day Monday – Friday. Freight Type: Dry Van General Freight Equipment Type: Volvo, Mack, and Peterbilt (No more than 3 years old). Automatics Drivers can take trucks home if driver has a safe place to park. Equipped with Invertors/APU’s Truck speed -70 mph.
Requirements
- 1 yr of verifiable OTR TT experience in the past year (Driver MUST have held a Class A CDL for at least 2 years)
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in the past 3 years
- No accidents involving fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 major moving violations in the past 3 years
- No safety terminations
- Drivers need a valid medical card
- Drivers over the age of 60 will need a long physical form
- No DUI/DWI in a lifetime
- Must be able to pass a Urine Drug test
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol tests in a lifetime
Nice To Haves
- Tanker endorsements preferred not required
