About The Position

ADM Trucking, Inc. is seeking reliable and safety-oriented Over-the-Road (OTR) Class A CDL Drivers to join our team based out of Camanche, IA. As a vital part of our nationwide logistics operations, you’ll be responsible for long-haul deliveries across state lines—representing ADM with professionalism and dependability on every mile. Our OTR drivers haul a variety of freight including food-grade tanker, dry van, pneumatic, intermodal, and flatbed loads. The position involves extended time on the road, requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet customer demand. Weekly miles may vary based on season and load availability.

Requirements

  • Must be 24 years of age or older
  • Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions
  • Must be able to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of employment
  • No more than 1 chargeable accident in the past 3 years
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 years
  • No more than 3 jobs in the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check, and functional capacity test

Nice To Haves

  • Prior OTR driving experience
  • Experience with tanker, pneumatic, or flatbed trailers
  • Strong trip planning and time management skills
  • Food-grade or bulk commodity hauling is a plus
  • Preference given to candidates willing and able to haul into/out of Canada

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a variety of equipment including tanker, van, pneumatic, and flatbed trailers
  • Plan and execute long-haul routes while managing breaks, fuel stops, weather, construction, and customer appointment times
  • Load and unload cargo according to ADM and customer procedures
  • Adhere strictly to all FMCSA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and ADM safety and compliance standards
  • Represent ADM professionally while on the road and at customer locations
