Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company; Final inspection of finished product and repair of minor defects; Preparation of finished product for transportation through appropriate stabilization and safety procedures; Delivery of finished product to customer following approved delivery routes and specified delivery areas; Unloading of finished product at appropriate destination through approved procedures; Coordination of necessary paperwork at the time of departure, at time of delivery, and at time of return; Receipt and delivery of miscellaneous goods as is necessary or assigned; Rotation of position into production team structure as necessary; Assistance in repair work as necessary; Maintenance of good housekeeping practices at all times Competencies: Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals; Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English); Must be able to read and process written communication including, but not limited to, work orders, and measurements; Must be able to meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects; Must be able to work with minimum supervision; Must demonstrate competency in transportation and over-the-road responsibilities; Must be able to rotate to other production positions as the need arises or as is deemed necessary; Must be able to operate a Lift Truck or Tractor as necessary; Must possess successful problem solving skills; Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.; Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations; Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day.

Lift Truck Operators License preferred (training available).
