As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dependable OTR Drivers who take pride in safe, professional, on‑time delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial driving experience and at least 350,000 verified safe miles.
• Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement and a clean, satisfactory driving record.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, FMCSA requirements, and ELD logging.
• Ability to travel long distances consistently, including overnight routes.
• Proven commitment to safe driving, professionalism, and customer service.
• Reliability, independence, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A semi‑tractor (sleeper cab) with dry van, Conestoga, or scrap trailers across 48 states, regularly traveling over 200 miles per day, with overnight travel.
• Ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries while maintaining accurate ELD logs and DOT‑compliant documentation.
• Plan efficient routes, communicate proactively with Dispatch, and report any delivery issues, defects, or incidents immediately.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and ensure proper load securement.
• Represent the company professionally through appearance, communication, and customer interaction.
• Follow all FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and customer‑specific safety requirements.
