About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: The Oven Operator position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Oven Operator transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understands the correct operation of a roto-molding machine. Understands and complies with the Production Schedule. Adds inserts and other molded in components to a mold. Uses measuring equipment to obtain proper powder weights. Charges molds with correct weight and type of powder. Changes molds to accommodate production schedule. Inspects parts for conformance to specifications. Performs proper maintenance on molds as required. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to use power tools, overhead cranes.
