About The Position

One of the largest parts operations in the state is looking to immediately fill the position of Automotive Parts Outside Sales Representative. Requirements

  • Experience required .
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy and desire to be successful
  • Ability to connect with customers to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Valid, current driver's license
  • Wholesale Parts Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Outside sales : 1 year experience
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Must be able to pass a pres employment drug test

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • HOURS OF POSITION 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • REPORT TO WHOLESALE MANAGER (DEAN)
  • MUST REPORT TO FIRST CLIENT SITE NO LATER THAN 8:30AM AND LAST STOP NO LATER THAN 4:00PM
  • YOU MUST HAVE ALL TOOLS READY FOR EACH BUSINESS DAY
  • Laptop and Laptop charger

  • Fliers and Promo Items
  • Griffin vehicles fueled and ready for the day
  • Must log into OPS TRX delivery management program before starting route
  • Have ready your routes for the day
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our existing customers
  • Proficient in OE Connection, Repair Link, Earn Power and any other programs that are available
  • Be knowledgeable with CDK “parts document archiving”
  • Need to be expert in warranties, products, policies, and procedures
  • Attend industry trade shows to learn about new products and or software
  • Engage with existing clients and prospects
  • Ability to work with a team to accomplish sales and customer goals
  • Exceptional communication skills-via phone and emails
  • Work with our Parts Managers and counter part employees to better assist our customers
  • Develop Effective Sales Strategies
  • Educate and Sell our products and services
  • Implement Marketing Strategies to target a specific regions or demographic
  • Stay up to date on product lines, promotions, and pricing strategies
  • Set up customers on online ordering platforms and provide ordering support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of parts orders
  • Participate in sales blitz with our Reps and Manufactures Reps
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Understand the industry and trends
  • Maintain and update sale lead records
  • Assist our customers in resolving customer complaints
  • Must document in PSX daily
  • Have weekly OSR calls
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management
  • Must collect Business Cards from clients you visit
  • Any other duties that are applicable to your position
