Requirements

Must be organized, efficient and detail oriented.
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with guests and fellow workers.
Dependable, with a good work ethic.
Valid driver’s license (if driving carts).

Nice To Haves

Golf knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
Provide a memorable guest experience.
Must be team oriented.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Brings golf carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside the golf shop.
Load bags onto a cart(s).
Load rental clubs onto a cart(s) as needed.
Greets guests at designated bag drop area and loads bags onto carts.
Gives directions to guests for the golf shop, first tee, driving range, etc.
Transports range balls to the driving range and fill appropriate containers.
Operates range picker on the range to retrieve balls.
Returns carts to cart barn and wash carts with a pressure cleaner, parks carts in designated spaces, and connects.
charger cables (where applicable) in a safe manner to avoid damage.
Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
