ISA Corporation Alabama is looking for a motivated individual to provide product sales in the PPE industry, with accuracy and efficiency. A qualified candidate will be working closely in a small office environment with management and sales staff. Must be able to work independently, with limited supervision and manage daily tasks as a self-starter. An Ideal candidate is highly organized, and customer service minded. Outside Salesperson Full time work, M-F days. Salaried position: Minimum starting salary of $45,000 per year depending on experience with added sales commission based on sales. This position will require in-person sales calls, including cold calls into food processing manufacturing facilities. Travel within the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Viginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. requirements are up to five days at a time every other week with overnight stay, including trade shows with airline travel. ISA Corporation will provide a company car for customer sales visits. Non-travel weeks may be spent in the Hartford, Alabama office working with the sales staff and office staff as needed or required by management. Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance of Hartford, Alabama.

  • Complete all tasks detailed by management and or supervisor.
  • Enter all new clients into the computer database and set up customer files.
  • Prepare and send documents to customers as required.
  • Enter customer documents into CRM system.
  • Complete monthly travel expenses and customer visit report monthly/biweekly.
  • Make and receive telephone calls to prospective and current customers.
  • Assist in day-to-day customer service in person or on the phone as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management and or supervisor.
  • EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE WITH CLEAN AND VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS THE COMPANY BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS.
  • Verifiable past work history must include business to business sales of a physical product and not a service.
  • 3 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in the wholesale market or retail market preferred.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Minium or equivalent high school diploma.
