About The Position

Our client is seeking a proactive and driven Outside Sales professional to join their team. You will be responsible for prospecting and building new business for casework, storage, and related system products in a selected vertical. You will be working with new build and remodel accounts, developing relationships with architects, managers, purchasing agents, designers, etc. Your hunting experience and tenacity will be key to achieving top earning levels.

Requirements

  • Sales success in a professional, B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrated high performance in new business development
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions to them
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and detail skills
  • Self-directed and -motivated; smart, professional, communicative
  • Scores as one of six social profiles on PI (wrong profile will KO)

Responsibilities

  • Grow business from your home office in an assigned vertical in western WA
  • Follow up on abundant leads from staff, existing customers, trade shows, and business groups
  • Present products, solutions, and design; negotiate price, margin, and delivery
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of industry relationships in your vertical market
  • Learn and apply factory training on products
