About The Position

Lyle Rents is looking for an experienced Outside Equipment Sales Representative to serve Baldwin County and surrounding areas. About the Role: As an Outside Equipment Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving rental and sales growth by building strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and construction professionals in your territory. You’ll represent a trusted brand and a full line of high-performance equipment backed by outstanding service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in equipment rental, sales, or construction-related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of heavy equipment, attachments, and industry applications is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new customers in Baldwin County and surrounding regions
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Provide customers with equipment rental and purchase solutions tailored to their needs
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry updates
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction
