Walk into any business in the Austin metro and look around. The lobby signage. The window graphics. The trade show displays. The vehicle wrap in the parking lot. Every one of those is a sale someone made and most of those businesses haven't been called on in months, or ever. FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build new business across the Cedar Park, Leander, and Georgetown corridor. This is a hunter role. You will prospect, present, and close and have a dedicated team behind you will handle day-to-day production so you can stay focused on the next opportunity. We're a multi-location operation doing real volume across the Austin metro, and we're growing. This role exists because we're ready to add dedicated outside capacity. You'll spend most of your time in front of prospects and customers in person, on the phone, and over email. FASTSIGNS products are more complex than most people expect. Substrate options, installation requirements, permit considerations, production timelines. A rep who doesn't know the product will overpromise and lose accounts fast. So we invest in your product knowledge before we send you out. Your first 30 days are center-based. You'll work the front counter, process real customer orders, learn the production workflow from the inside, and understand exactly what gets built, how, and why. This isn't busywork, eps who skip this step fail in the field. By the time you're in front of prospects, you'll be able to answer questions that most competitors' reps can't. Outbound prospecting begins in month two at a reduced quota, ramping to full quota by month four. You'll be paid during the entire ramp period. If you're not willing to spend 30 days learning the business from the inside before hitting the field, this isn't the right fit. We operate four locations across the Austin metro — Burnet Road, Anderson Mill, Leander/Cedar Park, and Georgetown — with a team that takes the work seriously and a culture that rewards performance.
