About The Position

JM Test Systems, Inc. provides calibration, testing, and industrial services toa wide range of clients. We're committed to delivering value, technicalexpertise, and exceptional service while driving growth toward $300M+ inrevenue. As an Outside Sales / Service Representative, you'll generate revenue throughnew and existing client relationships, drive territory growth, and act as atrusted JM Test Systems representative. You'll manage consultative sales,provide exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensurecustomer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of outside/territory sales experience, preferably in industrial, technical, or service industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of calibration, electrical testing, instrumentation, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to pass background and safety checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Industrial Sales, or a technical field.
  • Formal sales or safety/compliance training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales territory, acquiring new business while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Conduct consultative, technical, and relationship-based selling.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Attend trade shows and customer meetings to promote products and services.
  • Safely operate company vehicle and handle transport of test equipment.
